The Final Countdown of the Year!

No, not the school year -- the calendar year!  It's going to be a wild and crazy week!  The students are excited, I'm excited -- we're all excited!  Please keep us in your prayers that we are able to focus and get everything done before we take some time off!  We are also excited that when we come back to school in January we will have a new classmate -- Mason!  We sent letters to him and can't wait to finally meet him!

Please notice that there will not be a newsletter coming home this Friday!  This newsletter includes Memory & Spelling for the first week in January as well.

Classroom Christmas Party … Thank you to all of the parents who signed up to donate items for our classroom party!  Our party will begin at 10:30 on Friday.  We will be playing games, eating treats and we will then wrap it all up with a movie.  We don’t exchange gifts in our classroom, but you are welcome to bring in a treat for your classmates, but it is not necessary at all!  It’s simply a time for us to celebrate & have some fun!

Merry Christmas! …  This will be our last newsletter before Christmas Break!  I pray that you each have a wonderful time with your family and friends over the 2 weeks.  I will see you all in the New Year!
