Field Trip …Monday
morning is our field trip! We will be
leaving by 9:00 and returning in time for a late lunch. Those who ordered hot lunch will still be
able to get it.
Our Crossing Guard,
Iris … Two things about our wonderful crossing guard, Iris. As some of you may already know, Iris lost
her son suddenly on Thursday. Please
keep her and her family in your prayers during this difficult time. On another note, our school would like to
present her with a gift this Christmas as a token of our appreciation for
keeping us all safe as we cross the road in the mornings and afternoons. If you would like to contribute to this
please send in $.50-$1.00 to the office by Friday, December 12th. Thank you!
January Hot Lunch
Forms … Please note that orders for January’s hot lunch will close by
December 18th with payment due before students are dismissed for
Christmas Break.
Science Test … We
will be having a Science test over chapter 6 on Wednesday. This test covers natural resources like
rocks, minerals & soil.
Our Classroom
Christmas Party … Our classroom will be having our Christmas party on
Friday, December 19th starting at 10:00 a.m. We don’t exchange gifts in second grade, but
we will be revealing ourselves to our Prayer Pals! We’ve loved leaving them little notes &
surprising them!

The Third Article of
the Apostle’s Creed And I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian
