Social
Studies Fair … Since we had a snow day on Monday, we will be
finishing up our rough draft reports on Monday & taking them home on
Wednesday. We will then have the final
drafts due on Wednesday, February 13th. All other dates right now will stay the same!
Valentine’s Day Party … We will be
having a very “low-key” Party this year.
Students may bring in Valentines for their classmates. I’ve included a list of student names in this
newsletter on the back. If students wish
to bring in a treat to share with their classmates they are more than welcome
to do thatJ. We will be passing out our treats and watching
a movie at the end of the day when we come back from Music class.
Science Test … We will be having a
Science Test over Chapter 10 this Friday.
A review is already available on Moodle.
Please let me know ASAP if you should encounter any problems!
Golden Circle Auction Baskets … This
Auction is fast approaching (faster than I realized!). There is a sign-up sheet outside our classroom
for donations that are needed for us to make our 3 baskets. Please stop by our room and sign up to donate
if you are able. Thank you to Mrs.
Topolewski & Mrs VanNorman who have graciously volunteered to put the
baskets together. Donated items need to
be brought to school no later than Thursday, February 21st. Thank you in advance for your donation!
Golden Circle Auction Tickets … Tickets are still available in the school
office. Please consider coming to this
wonderful event that will help raise money for Technology upgrades in our
school!
