Today we welcomed Vidhiyaa back to school! We missed her sooooo much!!!!! She told us that she had a great time. We look forward to hearing more about her trip in the days to come. Vidhiyaa also brought us each back a gift from India! Girls received bracelets and boys received fountain pens! Thanks, Vidhiyaa!!!!!!!
Here we go...
Successes: We were VERY successful in getting VERY messy today in Art class! I can honestly say that I had NOTHING to do with it!!!!! It's all Mrs. McLaughlin's fault:)! I am completely innocent in all of it! She assures me, though, that it will all come out in the wash...
Struggles: Keep working on those Math Facts!
Homework: Religion Goliath wkst., Science wkst. 48, Math 38B, Social Studies wkst. 23, Reading wkst. 131-132 (their assignment books will say pg. 121-122 -- my mistake), and Handwriting pg. 51-52.
Prayers: Ricardo is thankful that he was able to be goalie at hockey practice. Andrey is thankful for his new neighbor. We pray for Aaron's grandparent's trip to Arizona. Thanks that Tomas' dad came home safely from Chicago. Jack is thankful fro his new friend at his Grandmas house. We pray for Vidhiyaa's Grandma who has some difficulty walking. Thanks that Sara's brother, Jake, is back at school. Thanks that Kemp's grandparents had a good visit here over the weekend. We are thankful that Vidhiyaa is home & that she had a safe trip!!!!! Be with Joseph who's hamster died yesterday:(. Eli is thankful that his brother, Noah, had a good birthday party yesterday & prays that he has a good birthday dinner tonight. Be with Chris' dad who has a birthday coming up this week.
Also, there are still a couple of families who have not signed up for a conference time yet!!! Please contact me tonight!
Finally, we lost one of our library moms last week. We usually have 2 moms to help us when we travel to the library. We go to the library on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00. If you would be able to help us in this way, pleas contact me or Mrs. Lambert at mel@lambert-family.com / 248-828-7032
Many Blessings,
Miss Mazur
