Truckin' Through Tuesday...

Yep, we are just truckin' along waiting for Thanksgiving to get here. It can't come at a better time either! We are starting to "bug" each other. We are thankful that tomorrow is a half day!

Here we go...

Successes: Students were very good at focusing on getting homework done! The class was given time today to complete all of their Math!

Struggles: Like I mentioned before, we are starting to purposefully annoy our classmates. Tattling is reaching an all-time high! It's hard for them to understand the difference between tattling & recognizing when we should be concerned about some one's behavior. Please take some time to talk with your child & pray about our behavior toward others. Also, many students have been negligent with their reading group assignments. I had several students who needed to stay in today because they hadn't completed their work from last week.

Homework: Math 46, each child also came home with a reading group assignment that is due next Tuesday. Don't forget that Memory Work is due tomorrow. All 3 verses must be said by the end of the day.

Prayers: Please pray that we can become more responsible with our reading group homework. Also, pray that we can stop being "petty" and stop tattling on each other. Finally, we seem to be "dropping like flies" here in our classroom. Pray that we all stay healthy over the Thanksgiving Holiday & come back safe & healthy.

I will not be publishing a blog entry tomorrow, so, I pray that you all have a wonderful, safe, restful Thanksgiving Holiday weekend!
