Woohoo for Thursday!

Well, we have one day to go before the weekend and 1 more day to sign up for the 5K Fun Walk for a chance to earn a FREE DRESS DAY!!!! Have I been a little pushy about it?? I hope not...It would be fun to see everyone there!

Here we go...

Successes: We did very well during our center time today! I've been working hard trying to listen to all of the students read & I'm almost done. The students were able to use their arm-length voices & they did a good job until the last few minutes (even then it wasn't too bad). We were also conscious about filling peoples buckets today with good things! We are going to work harder at doing that every day!

Struggles: Still working on those adding 9 facts! Keep it up!

Homework: Science wkst. 28, Math 24B, Language wkst. 5-6, and Spelling test tomorrow (be sure to study the words in the assignment book, they are different from the ones in the newsletter -- sorry for the error).

Prayers: Thanks that Drew's Mom & Dad made it home safely from their trip & that Drew's bloody noses have stopped. Be with Aaron's cousins who lost their great-grandpa. Tomas who has a scratch on his finger. Heal Grace's Great-Grandma who fell down. We prayed that Moms & Dads would stop fighting. Asked that Daphne's brother have a good birthday that is coming up. We asked for safe travels for Jack who is going to the Cider Mill on Sunday. Blessings for Tomas' Sister's 1st birthday & that Grace's cousin had a great birthday party!
