Is it Friday Yet?????

Well, today felt like it should have been Friday! I guess that's what happens when you've only had 4 day weeks! We were all a little tired today:)

Here we go...

Successes: We started creating our circle stories today -- what a bunch of authors we have in this class! All of them were SO good! I made them bring the stories home to share with you -- but they have to come back because we aren't done with them yet!

Struggles: We really struggled with waiting our turn today. Especially when working in class. Students would raise their hand to ask a question & when I would call on them 5 other children would start talking. Please keep it in your prayers.

Homework: There's a Spelling test tomorrow -- words should be copied in the assignment book. Math 11B and Reading wkst. 15-16. As I said before, I made them bring home their circle stories, but all they have to do is read them to you. Some asked if they could work on them & I told them, "Yes, but it isn't required."

Prayers: Andrey's brother's arm has some kind of rash from the cast, so we prayed that God would take the rash away. We prayed for Jack's Great-Grandma & Michael's Grandma's leg to get better. We said a prayer of thanks that Grace's Mom arrived safely home from Kentucky & had a great time while there. We asked God to make Tomas' Dad's back and Vidhiyaa's Mom's neck to feel better. We also prayed for Vidhiyaa's Aunt who has a new baby. Finally, we prayed for Christian's Mom and Dad who have some things that they are worried about.
