Tickets – Get Your Tickets! … Tickets for the Golden Circle Auction are
still available in the school office until Tuesday. Please consider coming to this wonderful
event that will help raise money for Technology upgrades in our school! Just by purchasing a ticket ($75) you can
help to raise up to $5,000 for our Technology fund to purchase laptops and
iPads for students in our school. Also, rumor
has it that the class with the most number of parents at the auction will
receive a Free Dress day with a Pizza Party!!!
Come on Moms & Dads! Please
consider supporting this great cause!
Science
Test Corrections … Chapter 10 tests went home today. Students who would like to raise their grade
can make corrections and return their tests by next week Tuesday for an average
of the two grades.
Social
Studies Fair … Infospheres are due on Tuesday, February 26th. Also, students will need to be able to
display these projects. Display boards
include their written (typed) report and any other pictures that they would
like to share from their research.
Infospheres will also be on display with that board as well. Mrs. Spanos has a limited supply of tri-fold
boards available for purchase or you can purchase them in any craft or office
supply store. Colored boards are $3.25
and white boards are $2.75 (through Mrs. Spanos).
Chili’s Fundraiser Reminder … Our next dining in/carryout fundraiser to
help raise funds for the technology program is on Monday, February 25, 2013.
Please come join us at Chili's in Troy. Remember to bring the fundraiser flyer.
Chili's will donate 10% of the sales to our school.
*Also, if our school brings in $750.00 in profit, then Chili's will sponsor an all you can eat pancake breakfast for $5.00 a person. We would receive 100% of the profit from this breakfast.

Social Studies Test … We will be having
a Social Studies Test over chapter 4 on Tuesday. The Moodle review is up on the website for
students to practice.

students worked on in class! What a
talented bunch of students we have in our classroom!
