Where Was Ginger???

Ginger was in the library today!  Good thing because we went there today & she was a reminder to us that we need to be on our best behavior!

Here we go...

Successes:  Today I unveiled our new centers that we will be working on from now until Christmas!  The students were super excited.  We spent so much time looking at them that we didn't have time to actually DO the centers!  So, we will be having reading centers tomorrow instead!

Struggles:  Today we definitely struggled with transitions.  Apparently, the phrase "Put  your Reading books away and get our your...." is code for, "Hey!  Let's talk and waste time!"  So, as a result we came home with BOTH sides of our Math to complete.  I think we may have learned our lesson!

Homework: Memory Work, Science wkst. 149-150, Math 51 A&B, Reading wksts. 158, 160 & 161 (PLEASE don't complete 162!  We will be working on that tomorrow!), and Handwriting wkst. 67-68.

Giving Tree Update:  I want to thank those parents who have brought in things for our Giving Tree Child! They are ALL wonderful.  We are still in need of a few things though...Slippers (size 9-10), games, flash cards & shampoo.  Remember...this is for a 4 year old boy. Thanks again for your generosity!
