First Full Week!

Today is the start of our first full week of school this year.  It is also the start of this year's Annual Book Fair.  Add in Curriculum Night tomorrow & it's a jam packed week.

Here we go...

Successes:  Well, we had a great day today.  We spent time looking at pattern blocks and comparing them to see which one was bigger.  News flash -- the yellow hexagon is the biggest!!! Make sure to ask your child which one was the smallest!  We also spent time looking at maps reviewing the title, map key, and compass rose.  Finally, we also spent time at the Book Fair!  I think that was their favorite time of day.  They came home with their "wish lists."

Struggles:  Today was a great day...I can't really pinpoint one area in which we struggled!  We are working to improve on classroom procedures!  Keep up the good work!

Homework: Math 9B, Read Bud, Ben, and Roz

Daily Prayer:  Today, we thanked God for our family pets...especially Baylen's pet cat, Chase.
