A Better Day!

After yesterday's crazy day, it was nice to have a "normal" day.  Of course, is there such a thing in an elementary school?

Here we go...

Successes:  We all took our first AR test today!  We finished reading the book "Mr. Burke is Berserk!" and took time during computer class to make sure everyone had a chance to earn 1 AR point!  We also had an opportunity to visit the library today.  We didn't make it there yesterday like we normally would so I took them over first think this morning to pick out their books!

Struggles:  We are still in the process of learning the "2nd grade ropes" so we need lots of reminders and prayers would be appreciated!

Homework:  Science wkst. 91-92, Math 7B, Reading wkst. 9, Handwriting pg. 21-22, Spelling Test tomorrow!!
