Here we go...
Successes: We had a lot of fun coloring today! In Science, we had to color an animal habitat full of trees, grass, rivers or stream and some small animals. We then colored over it with our markers. We drew houses, roads, and stores. This illustrated to us that when we build these things, we need to be aware of how it effects the animals and their habitats.
Struggles: We were chatty today -- boy, were we chatty!!!! I think it's because we had the time off. I hope that tomorrow will be better for us! Also, keep practicing those math facts. The 100 fact test is coming up soon, I think, and every bit of practice helps!
Homework: Religion wkst. 10B (God Bless My....Friends), Science wkst. 49, Math 41B, Reading wkbk. 138 (please DO NOT tear out the page), and Handwriting pg. 53-54.
Prayers: There is a long list so here they are:
- Thanks that Ricardo has a shut-out as goalie for his hockey team.
- Thanks that Drew's mom had a great birthday!
- Please help Kemp's mom & dad who are getting ready for a party with friends.
- Please grant safe travels for Vidhiyaa's Grandma who is traveling to California.
- Thanks that Jack's cousin was baptized yesterday.
- Please help Eli's mom to have a great birthday today!
- Please take away Grace's cough.
- Be with Ashley's cousin & uncle. Keep them safe while they are deer hunting.
- Heal Tomas' cold.
- Be with Chris' dad who is having a birthday Wednesday.
- Pray that Michael has a good time at a friends house.
- Thanks for play dates!
- Pray that Eli's brother can come over soon & that they have a good time.
Don't forget that there are picture retakes tomorrow!!!!
