A Rainy Monday...

Yes it was rainy today. It seemed that God didn't want us to have our complete recess time at all today. We were only able to have about 10 minutes before it started raining & we had to come in:( Oh, well! Maybe tomorrow!

Here we go...

Successes: We were really paying attention during Religion today. It was interesting to see how the video we watched on Friday related to the story of Joseph & his brothers. We had some good discussions!

Struggles: We were VERY talkative today! I don't know if it was the change in weather or the fact that we never got a full recess, but we loved talking to our neighbors today. Please pray that we can focus on our work & help others to do the same.

Homework: We had Religion wkst. 5A, Math 16B, Handwriting pg. 27-28, and Reading wkst. 42. Don't forget that we have a Science test over Chapter 1 tomorrow. I gave students time to do their homework in class so that they would be able to review for the test.

Prayers: We gave thanks that Drew's Dad's cough went away and that Grace's Dad came home safely from Tennessee. We also prayed that Tomas' Nana would have safe travels home & we gave thanks for the fun time that they had during her visit. Finally, we prayed for Jack who will have to get spacers in his bottom teeth on his next visit to the dentist.
