Euchre
Tournament/Silent Auction … I hope to see all of you tomorrow at the Euchre
Tournament! Tickets are $10 to socialize
with all the non-Euchre playing people & bid on auction items. It promises to be a fun night!
Winter Blahs …
Well, they have certainly set in for us here in second grade – even me! Please make sure that students are paying
attention to their school work. I sent a
lot of papers home today & many students made silly and costly errors that
were simple and easy fixes.
Head Lice … We
had a couple cases of it this week in our classroom. Please take the time to check your child each
night for the next 2 weeks – it only takes one egg or nit to cause a huge
problem for your family and our classroom.
If you are unsure of how to check, the office can show you what to do
& help you along the way! Thank you
for your attention and dedication to this matter!
Fast Direct … As
you will see, a ton of papers went home today!
These were papers that would have gone home last week along with this
week’s papers. I am working to update
Fast Direct. Please take time this
weekend (Saturday or Sunday) to look over your child’s progress. If he/she has any missing assignments, please
let me know which assignments and I will send new copies home.
