Another Long Weekend!

Well, here we are!  We've come to another long weekend! I pray that if you are traveling that you have safe travels & if you are staying at home that you have a wonderful relaxing long weekend!

Art Fair Paragraphs Due … Just a reminder that students need to have their Native American paragraphs completed for the class Art Fair Project by Wednesday, February 18^th.  Please remember that paragraphs should begin with an indented line & an opening sentence.  The opening sentence should be followed by a few detail sentences and then ended with a closing sentence.  Here are the paragraph assignments:

Last names of A-F will write about the culture of the people.

Last names of G-K will write about the purpose of the art.

Last names of L-Q will write about the materials used to make the art.

Last names of R-Z will write about the message the artist was sending the viewer.

Chapel Wednesday … Don’t forget that we come back to school on Wednesday.  All of this month’s chapel offerings go to Wheat Ridge Ministries’ INSPIRE (formerly Hearts for Jesus) program.

We will not be having a spelling test on Friday, February 20^th.
