What a Beautiful Week!

So...here we are at the end of another week!  It's been full of great weather & it looks as though the weekend is going to be more of the same!  Be sure to get out there & enjoy it!

Awards Night is Coming! … Mark your calendars!  Our School’s annual Awards Night is on Thursday, May 23^rd at 6:30.  Students from all grades will be singing with their respective choirs & will be expected to attend.

Social Studies & Science Tests … These were sent home this week.  Students & parents wishing to improve their score must have these turned in by Tuesday, May 7^th.

Fast Direct is Updated, Again! … Today marks the middle of the 4^th quarter!  Please take time to look on Fast Direct this weekend to see if your child has any missing assignments!  If copies are needed, please submit them to me by email or in writing telling me the name of the missing assignment & I will make copies next week.

Spring is Here – Finally! … Students are no longer required to bring in snow pants or swishy pants for recess.  I do however ask that students continue to bring in a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt for recess.  We all know that weather can be unpredictable in Michigan & many times the projected high temperature for that day is reached long after our recess time.  So, on an expected warm day, it can still be quite chilly at recess!  Thanks for your cooperation!

PTL Meeting! … Tuesday, May 7^th is our school’s 2^nd and final PTL meeting for the year.  LOTS of things to discuss at this meeting…PTL is also looking for officers for the PTL board for the next coming years.  Please consider attending this meeting!  If you are unable to attend, please keep this meeting in your prayers – Pray that God would bring forth Moms and/or Dads who would be willing to give their time for this organization that supports our school!
