Welcome Back!

I pray that each of you were able to have a restful holiday weekend!  I know I did, but I was still excited to come back to school!

Here we go...

Successes:  We have a visitor to our school!  This morning we got together with the first grade students to read a book about our little Elf!  Our elf's name is Ginger and she will be reporting to Santa each night about our behavior here at school.  I know that several of you have elves at home so you know how this works!  It was quite fun today to remind them of Ginger!  We wonder where she is going to be tomorrow morning! I guess we will have to wait and see!

Struggles:  Today we did struggle a little with getting back into the swing of things!  It's hard to go back after having time off!  Tomorrow will be better I'm sure, but please keep us in your prayers.

Homework:  Science wkst. 145, Math 49B, Reading wkst. 151-152.

Daily Prayer: Today we prayed for Aaron's friend, Noah, who just had surgery.
