These last two days have been sooooo windy! While our thoughts and prayers are with those who are more directly affected by Hurricane Sandy, I am thankful that we aren't in the middle of it!
Here we go...
Successes: Today we completed our last worksheets before starting cursive! That means that we will have our introduction to cursive starting next week! I just ask that while we are learning our letters, that students do NOT write anything in cursive! We also started learning about voting laws and rights while getting ready for our own classroom election day (we will be voting on Tuesday as well)!
Struggles: We are acting crazy! The excitement of Halloween has been plaguing us each day!!! We just can't concentrate! I will be happy when next week comes because the excitement will be over!
Homework: Science Chapter 7 test -- don't forget to practice on Moodle, Math 37B, Social Studies wkst. 5-6, Handwriting wkst. 53-56.
Daily Prayer: Today we said a prayer of thanks for Olivia's Grandpa!
