Today was a good day!  We were able to sneak a recess between the rain storms.  Too bad it wasn't snow!  I think we would love to have a snow day to sleep in and watch cartoons or read books!  Oh well, God has other plans for us.  Guess we better keep learning!
Here we go...
Successes:  Well, the students had the opportunity to see the Chautauqua Express.  Guy Lewis brought all kinds of different instruments from the continent of Africa to explain how many African influences there are in our culture today.
Struggles:  We were still a little chatty.  Please continue to pray for us!  Also, we have been slipping a little lately when it comes to capitalization and punctuation.  Please take time to look over your child's papers each night to make sure they are paying attention to these details.  If they don't have capitals and punctuation I have to mark it wrong.  I really don't like doing that!  Thanks for your help!
Homework:  Science Chapter 5 test on Thursday (Review on Moodle is up and running), Math 67B, Sunshine Math #9 due Friday, Reading wkst. 19-20, Handwriting pg. 73-74.
Have a wonderful evening!
