Music is Fun!

We have been having a great week.  Last week we ended up missing Music class for scheduled events that were taking place at school.  But this week has been a fun time getting to know Mrs. Boi!

Here we go...

Successes:  Today we were learning in Math how to add two 2-digit numbers with a sum greater than 100!  We caught on really fast & had lots of fun working the problems!  We also learned the cursive n and m today!  We really do get excited when we learn our cursive!

Struggles:  It was brought to my attention today that some of us are struggling with speaking kindly to our classmates and to other students at our school.  We sat down at the end of the day and had a long talk about how we need to be "Bucket Fillers" and not "Bucket Dippers."  Please let me know if your child is coming home sad or disappointed because someone said something to them.  I can't address issues that come up if I don't know about them.  Please keep this in your prayers!

Homework:  Math 73B, Social Studies Chapter 3 test, Reading wkst. 22-23, Read We Helped!, Handwriting pg. 79-80, and Spelling Test.
