Let the Sun Shine!

Well. today was certainly opposite of yesterday!!!  Thank God for that!

Here we go...

Successes:  We have "Secret Friends" until the end of this week!  Yesterday & today we spent our Religion time learning about David & Jonathan.  They were great friends.  We've been talking about what it means to be a good friend.  So, we are playing a little "game" until the end of the week.  Each child drew a sticker out of a bag today to find out who their secret friend was going to be.  From today until Friday students are going to find little ways to show how they can be a good friend to that person.  On Friday, students need to bring in a homemade card that reveals themselves to their secret friend.  We are sooo excited about this!

Struggles:  We are sleepy today!!!  Please pray that we get enough sleep tonight to have some energy tomorrow!!!

Homework:  Religion wkst. 21, Science pg. 100 -- create a food web from what we ate for lunch today, Social Studies wkst. 10, Reading wkst. 24-25, Handwriting pg. 45-46.
